Return & Refund Policy

At woainixiaohenxs Trading B.V., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure all tags and labels remain attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in resalable condition may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Any gift wrapping charges or special handling fees are non-refundable. For items purchased during promotional periods, refunds will reflect any applicable discounts.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Some financial institutions may require additional processing time. If your refund still doesn't appear, contact your credit card company or bank as there may be a delay in posting the refund.

If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please have your order number and refund confirmation email ready when contacting us.
